Your second task is to define what your project's ecosystem looks like or will look like in the future. Identify the parties involved in your project and their specific roles. Be sure to include all the organisations, individuals, and systems that will interact with your Use Case. Keep track of all the actors in your ecosystem. Any organisations that join later on should be added to the table along with their contact details.
